Default Pressures and Speedo

I just changed out my OEM 19" wheels (with MPSCs) for 18" CCW C10s with Toyo RA1s for the track. What pressures should I run on 245/40ZR18 fronts and 305/35ZR18 rears? Also - How does the 1" diameter difference effect the speedometer?

Same set up on my 997S I use for the track. I normally start out at 30f 31r and adjust from there as the day gets hotter and my track speeds go up. On a normal day I will be cold 28f 29r and that translates to 38 hot all around.

Thanks! I followed your advice at the track this weekend and the tires were great.
