Remaining life on 2000 tires with 2500 miles?

Remaining life on 2000 tires with 2500 miles?
How much life or quality would there be on a set of tires that are 7 years old with just 2500 miles on them? Would they be hardened and therefore life is substantially reduced? How would they compare with new tires? I found a set with wheels that I am considering. Pirelli Pzeros.
