Hi,

After reading through several posts here and looking at tirerack.com I could still use some help with tire choices. I just acquired a '97 993 C2 with 17" Cup wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport tires in std. OEM sizes. The rear tires need replacing. I am currently planning that this car will be a daily driver with only street use at this point. Good performance both wet and dry along with getting high mileage from the tires are considerations.

Tires that seemed to have good reviews and/or tests included:
- Michelin Pilot Sport rib
- Michelin Pilot A/S (looking at due to daily driver consideration)
- Bridgestone RE750 (these came with my '89 and seem fine)

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

After getting feedback in the 993 forum and reading reviews on www.tirerack.com I decided to put Michelin Pilot Sport A/S on the rear.

How do you like the Mich Pilot AS?? I am looking at them as well.
