15'' Phonedials, 15x6 in the front 15x7 in the rear if I remember correctly.
Also it is an "early offset" 944 so it has 23.3 mm offset all around. I'm assuming your 944 has wheels like mine.
As far as upgrades, there are a lot of choices out there. 16'' Phonedials (from a 944 Turbo), Boxster twists... there is a great link with all the possible wheel combos with photos if someone can find it.

From the factory, you could have had 15x7" Phone Dials all around, or the optional 15x7 & 15x8" Fuchs with the sport suspension.
You have a wide range of fitment options to choose from nowadays, as late offset rims will also work on an early offset car with the proper spacers.

Are you the guy that works with Eddie B? If so I am the guy that gave him this site.
There will be an autocross at the tobay beach parking lot this saturday. Stop by with the car if you can. I bet we can ID the wheels in about three milliseconds and have a lead for a rim on the spot. go to www.metronypca.org for directions. just down the road from the theatre.
I will be in a gray/gold colored 944 codriving with another guy. I will be parked in the front row when the car isnt being driven. we get there at about 7 and leave at about 3. ask any 944 owner for Tom and you will find me.
