weak sidewalls
I made a mistake and bought some crappy Dunlop FM-901's, size 225/50/16 all around. The steering response is horrible, so I've decided to at least replace the fronts with 205/55 Bridgestone S-03's. I'll replace the rear tires some other time.
My question: Should I expect any wierd results from this combination (other than the obvious just not being as tight in the rear)? I've always had the same tires all around in the past. It just seems to me that sidewall strength would be much more important in the front than in the rear.
Anyone local want to buy some fairly new FM-901's for your daily driver? (not recommended, obviously, for Porsche)
