Looking for 285-30-18 S-02 or S-03

Looking for 1 (or 2) 285-30-18 S-02 or 2 S-03 in good condition.

One of my S-02 had a bad crack in its sidewall that seems to have given up during winter storage..

Just wants a cheap fix until I replace the 4 tires next spring (front still good)...

Any offers welcome
