FS: 17" Michelin Pilot Sport Cups ~New
I have a set of 255/40-ZR17 Michelin Pilot Sport Cups, heat cycled by Tire Rack, run in one abbreviated track session. I purchased these in February as backup/rain tires but they do not fit well in my track car (not a Porsche). They are too big! The 255s are actually *huge,* bigger than the profile implies with a 10.7" width on 9" wheels.
Full tread depth of 6/32" remains. The original mold nubbins are still intact, even on the tread (see pics). Tires are clean and ready to go. This is an excellent tire that will wear much better than most R-compounds (Michelin rates them 80).
$270 each at Tire Rack. You can have these for $575 + shipping from 92024 (San Diego). My loss is your gain.
