What year is your Carrera S, and more importantly are you running the car in street "Stock" class, or another class?

Based upon Street Class ruling with the +1/-1, going down to an 18 wheel would give you the lightest options. For example the OZ Alleggerita HLT in Star Silver Paint would be the lowest weight options I saw. 17.40 lbs for the front 18x8 and 22.40lbs for the 18x11.

We are running a great promotion through June 15th!!

Staying with the 19s would only give you 1 option and it's not very light. All of the lighter option wheels are 19x8.5 which the 1/2 an inch width increase would make your car illegal for street class.

These are $221.82 ea for the front 28.40lbs and $212.90 ea for the rear 31.25lbs.
