I do not believe we have any 718 photos just yet, but they should start to surface in the coming weeks. I know there were a few 718 owners who purchased our wheels during the initial release. We'll certainly continue to post images as we receive them, and we hope the community does the same.

6 piston 380mm PCCB's under an 18" wheel? No problem! We can't get enough of this GT3 RS shoot which took place in our backyard at Sonoma Raceway. Some of you may have come across these photos in the 997 GT3 subsection.

Here's my '01 Turbo...

  • Wheels are Apex SM-10 in Anthracite
  • Front: 18x9” ET46 with Azenis RT615K+ in 245/40-18
  • Rear: 18x12” ET45 with Azenis RT615K+ in 315/30-18
  • H&R sport springs, Bilstein B8.
  • No fender modifications needed (no lip roll, no liner mods)
  • Stock suspension components (other than springs/shocks), no camber plates, no modified LCA's)
  • No issues with clearance.
Very new fitment, but so far super happy with the look, fit, and performance of the new setup.

Porsche 996TT featuring 18" SM-10 Wheels in Anthracite

Front: 18×9” ET46 with 255/35-18 Toyo R888 Tires
Rear: 18×12” ET45 with 315/30-18 Toyo R888 Tires

We have had many customers including member pfbz above install our 18x9" front /18x12" rear staggered SM-10 wheel configuration successfully without any modifications to the car, however, they typically limited the width of their front tire to a 245 to prevent rubbing under suspension compression. Since the goal for this car was to fully leverage the wider 9" front wheels (in comparison to our 18x8.5" ET42 "standard" front wheel option) by maximizing front tire width and mitigating understeer, 255/35-18 R888 tires were installed. These r-compound tires run wider than your average street tires, therefore, negative camber was dialed in through the Bilstein PSS10 with RSS components to eliminate rubbing and ensure proper utilization of the tires. The result is a flush staggered fitment that maximizes grip/performance front and rear, tailor-made for the 996 turbo.

I've used your wheels on my BMW M cars and have been very happy with them. Excited that these are now available for P-Cars!

Any group buys coming up soon?

Appreciate it, always great to hear from BMW enthusiasts familiar with our product. We actually just held an18" SM-10 Group Buy for the Porsche community last month, therefore we do not have another planned in the near future.

Mark (RL's own "etchhead") recently mounted his new set of APEX SM-10 wheels and we think the car looks fantastic. We're looking forward to hearing Marks feedback once he's able to put the car through its paces. This machine has some of the APEX staff lurking in the RL classifieds for a clean 996TT

Default New Apex Wheels

Put my new wheels on for the Tarheel BMW event in March at VIR. Very impressed by the fit and finish and competitiveness of the weight compared to my CCW14`s
