Will my factory rims and snow tires from my 2015 Macan S fit on my 2016 Cayenne?

Thanks Damon. New question--tire pressure sensors for a 2016 Cayenne. We have a problem.

We just sold two vehicles, buying a 2016 Cayenne.
We sold a 2014 Macan S.
We sold a 2008 Cayenne.
We had snow tires on Porsche rims with tire pressure sensors that we kept from the two vehicles we sold.
The 2014 Macan S Porsche Rims with tire pressure monitors and snow tires were newer, and we had hoped to use them;
We did have the 2008 Porsche Rims with snow tires and tire pressure monitors (from my 2008 Cayenne) were mounted on our new-to-us 2016 Cayenne today.

However, the tire pressure sensors don't work.

All 4 tire pressure monitors are dead.

Do you sell tire pressure sensors that will work in our 2016 Cayenne?

Thanks,
DaveL

I have sensors for the 2016 at $56 each. I can do colored stem nuts for them also if you are trying to match to wheel color. Call me to order.

Thanks Damon.

So we had our snow tires installed on our new to us 2016 Cayenne. The winter snow tires are from the 2008 Cayenne we sold. They are mounted on the factory Cayenne rims that came with the 2008.

The 2016 Cayenne with the 2008 Porsche rims on now has very little clearance between the brakes and rim with the 2008 Porsche factory rims on. There was more clearance with the stock factory rims that came on the 2016.

The Porsche store we bought the Cayenne from said they would fit.

An internet resource says there is a 4 mm difference in offset between the factory 2008 18" factory rims and the 2016 18" factory rims.
What's the effect of running these? Does it affect handling?

255/55 R18 is the tire size in both cases. Summer tires are Good Year. Winter Tires are Blizzak.

I'm concerned. Wrong offset?
Will it affect handling?

What about snow/ice build up?

As you are finding out, offset doesn't necessarily mean brake caliper clearance. The pad depth of the wheel as well as the shape/thickness of the spoke determine the wheel's caliper clearance also. Can you get a credit card (.75mm) between the caliper and the spoke? If so, and it is a good wheel, they probably wont hit the caliper under hard cornering with a 55 series tire. 3mm clearance is usually safe. The tire sizing is OK.

Thanks so much Damon! I truly appreciate it.
I'll check the clearance between the pad and rim tomorrow with my credit card.
