Default Winter Wheel / Tire recomendations

I recently purchased 2015 911 Turbo S and I'm looking for a good wheel / tire combination for the winter. Looking for what size wheel tire would work the best.
Thanks

Honda Civic?

Kidding.

Centerlock or 5 lug? I'm happy to see what we have.

Looking at the O.Z. Cortina for a winter tire set for my 2014 970 Panamera 4 in 19". Does this wheel take Porsche Center Caps?

It will not take an OEM Porsche cap. The cap will be a 66mm carbon fiber OZ cap w/silver lettering.

I just purchased a 2009 Targa 4s and am looking for a winter tire setup. Currently running 235/35/19 front and 305/30/19 Michelin pilot s4 rear. Wondering whether a 245/35/18 and 285/30/18 will work and give me the grip in need here in northeastern Pa.?
