Default 265 fronts for 991.1 C4S

I've been running 255/35/20 & 305/30/20 front and rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S's on my C4S on the 9 & 11.5 inch wide Sport Technos.

Looking to switch to the Pilot Sport Cup 2s (or any other R comp really), but they don't come in 255. My only two options are 245/35 or 265/35 in the front.

For reference, the rolling circumference, front and rear is:

245/305, 680mm F vs 691mm R
255/305, 687mm F vs 691mm R
265/305, 694mm F vs 691mm R

3mm difference front to rear doesn't seem much, but I'd now be moving the fronts up 2 sizes from OEM spec, about 2% or so circumference difference. Rubbing and/or awd/psm systems getting confused are my concerns.

Anybody tried 265 in the fronts on a 991.1 4S? Any comments would be much appreciated.

Great question, did you ever figure this out? I found on the track my car would under steer slightly, or i just felt like I could not get it to turn in as easily. I have h&r springs which did help a little and plan to go to coils in the long term. also plans for better sway bars to get a little less roll. I read that having a wider front tire helps and I'm wondering if on the next tire change I should step up to a 255 or maybe a 265.

2013 C4S 991
Thanks

We've run into many cases where 265 up front has rubbed unless camber plates were added.
