Conti vs. Hoosier Slick Sizing?

Conti vs. Hoosier Slick Sizing?
Hi All,
I've got 245s Conti slicks on the car right now (square setup), and they just barely fit under the fenders without rubbing. I found a good set of Hoosier takeoffs in the same 245 sizing, but I thought I remember reading somewhere that the Hoosiers run 20mm over their stated width. If the same is true for the Contis, it won't be a problem. But if Contis are true to size, I don't know if the Hoosiers will fit...
Anyone have experience with both?
