Three Wheelin'
Anybody up for an early Sunday drive? Went to get my fix today but ended up having to rescue an F430 Spyder instead. I have Lake Berryessa and Napa on my list.

Not going to do Mt Hamilton after all. Going Coalinga, then south on 33, west on 58, and back north on 229 and G14 to King City. From there, go directly home or take Carmel Valley Road to Monterey and home.
Anyone want to join in?

Just did a day trip with the wife from Brisbane thru 1 to Santa Cruz and back. Stops at the various beaches sites like Pescadero state beach. Would be fun to do that or go through 17 then to Alice's with a bunch of other Porsche's.
On the way to Halfmoon bay from San Mateo, going to 92 saw a whole squad load of Lambo's coming back from 92 on Saturday.

achtung6 and I had a great drive up to Lake Berryessa on Sunday. The roads are fantastic and the scenery is spectacular. We only covered a fraction of them so will be back. We met the BMW club up there scouting a route for their club drive on May 5. We were all invited. See below.
The best part, besides getting to look at Tonys new 991.2, was seeing nesting bald eagles above the parking lot on the north side of the lake. You can see the nest in one of the shots below.

Did sort of do Mt Hamilton after all. One of our party got hung up in commute traffic/accident, so, late start. Be aware, Mt Hamilton six miles past the summit is closed 8 am to 4 pm until May 30. We did get a nice drive out of SJ up to the observatory, and down the backside until we got the closure, and return.
