Default Living in Colorado

Considering moving to Denver from the DC area due to the climate and outdoor activities. Having no family in the DC area, there's not much keeping me here except for all the govt related jobs. However, I am good with a transition out of that vertical to make the move. One of the downsides I see is definitely car related -- losing performance at altitude (oh well) and access to tracks.

Currently, Summit Point is my home track, and another raceway is opening up local. There's also VIR (ran there this Nov) and all the other east coast tracks. Now I haven't gotten to the point of having a trailer, so that limits how far I will go. In general though, I am starting to appreciate the access to tracks as I ramp up on this HPDE hobby.

So question for those around Denver -- how's life with your Porsche in terms of driving roads, club events, HPDE, accessible tracks, etc?
