GT4 - Racing Yellow - ClearGuard Nano + Modesta BC04 Nano Titanium Coating

A long time customer of ours bought this beautiful Racing Yellow GT4 recently. Unfortunately, the dealership had their installer put on a Clear Bra for him. Needless to say, the work was subpar. The installer used a Xpel pre-cut kit which had way too many gaps and joining seams,...not to mention excess orange peel texture on the film.

When looking into getting Paint Protection Film, the most important thing is not the film brand, but rather the experience of the installers that makes the difference. We have been specializing in 100% Custom Clear Bra installations for over 20 years, which we can proudly say not many can honestly make that claim. The industry is getting saturated with many new PPF companies, most of which do not have the PPF installation experience that they claim. What happens is the customer's car become guinea pigs. Luckily, it's nothing we can't fix for this customer.

Although we do plenty of full body wraps, for many customers, we work with them to target specific areas that are most prone to getting rock chips based on their driving habits and budget.

For this GT4, we clear bra'd the entire front end, rocker panels, and side blade. The film we used is ClearGuard Nano SR (the clearest film with the best gloss and hydrophobic properties), and then topped it off with one of industries' best Coatings, Modesta BC04.

The following are some photos of the car before our installation, the process, and some final pics. Enjoy!!!

**Lets start with the bad installation photos**

No owner who are picky about their car can accept seams like this...especially if the joint isn't even straight. Our Custom bumper installation is done with one piece of film, eliminated at least 95% of the seams found on pre-cut or "custom" pre-cut kits.

Even "customized pre-cut kits" have way too many seams to be desired.

Two piece mirror installation leaves exposed gaps.

Details matter. Many companies will take pictures from 6 feet away and not show details like this. It is after the installation that customers realize they didn't get what they paid for....a quality install.

Film removal of existing film.

After all of the existing film was removed, we did our Custom Installation with ClearGuard Nano SR and Coated the entire car + wheels with Modesta BC04. After the Coating is applied, the car goes under IR Heat lamps to cure.
ClearGuard Nano has the best clarity and gloss of any paint protection film in the industry. Topping the film and paint off with Modesta BC04 adds to the already incredible depth of gloss and protection from the environment.

One piece Custom Installation eliminates over 95% of the seams normally found in pre-cut kits. This is where experience makes the most difference. Virtually no seams and no adhesive distortions.

The rocker panels are crucial areas to protect as it will get sand blasted from normal driving.

Here are some detailed photos of the finished project. Details matter. Paint protection film is a craft that takes many years to be proficient at and many more to master. When looking for a PPF company, always go see the work in person. This is what truly determines if the company can meet your standards.

1) 100% Custom Installation with ClearGuard Nano SR for the best gloss and protection.
2) Paint Correction
3) Modesta BC04 Nano Titanium Coating
