When to ditch the Winter tires in Seattle?

Moved to Seattle last summer, and swapped to Winter tyres on my 991 in October (driving to Vancouver on a regular basis where they are needed).

We are now in Feb and it's warm and dry, so my question. Is it time to ditch the winter tyres or when do you usually swap?

Wait until the end of March, if you do it earlier you will jinx us with a late winter storm. If you don’t the weather will be amazing all the way out, so take one for the team!
