Rec a good Touch Up Paint Guy in Seattle?

Does anyone have a good touch up guy in Seattle? My GTS has a mark right above the exhaust on the rear bumper. Porsche Bellevue's guy wanted to take the emblems off, which seemed excessive.

Anyone got a good guy they recommend?
