History
The first owner was a doctor in Florida who had it dealer maintained for 15 years 8 months. All receipts totaling about $12,000 are included in purchase.
He traded it in for a newer Porsche from Champion in Pompano Beach. They lowered the suspension, added new bushings, new motor and transmission mounts, new headlights, fog lights and taillights. They also swapped out the Cup II wheels for 18" Technology Wheels with Porsche crest center caps. And finally added the Carrera S painted twin-grill rear spoiler.
The second owner was a retired Air Force/American Airlines pilot from North Carolina who used it sparingly and also maintained it meticulously.
I bought it a couple of years ago and have only driven it in sunny summer weather; storing it during the winter months in a heated storage warehouse with other Porsches from the area.
Exterior Condition
The beautiful Glacier White paint looks like new. The front end and mirrors have been covered with 3M Xpel and have kept all protected parts from chips, scratches or flaws. There are no door dings.
Doors and hood open, close, and latch with the patented Porsche “ping.”
Sunroof opens and closes smoothly and does not leak.
The glass is tinted. The windshield has two tiny nicks that are out of the line of sight and I plan on getting them repaired. The rear glass is perfect and the rear defogger works.
I have the original 18” Technology Wheels available. I always loved the old-school look of the Cup II’s, so I bought a great set from a fellow RL’er, had them professionally refinished and put on fresh Michelin Pilot PS2’s about 1,000 miles ago.
Installed World Motorsports Titanium lug nuts. One of those things that no one else will notice, but they sure are light and look pretty.
Interior Condition
The carpet looks new; I think the original owner may have replaced it. I’ve replaced the floor mats with OEM mats and look new. I have the original faded worn mats if you’re into that.
I had the seats reupholstered by the master, Rod Klingelhofer of HOF Designs, with a perfect OEM matched Midnight Blue buttery soft leather. Even the perforation pattern matches the original Porsche pattern. It looks and feels better than original leather. See my yearlong quest to find a color match: click
The seats also have the extremely rare Porsche Tequipment adjustable center armrests.
I replaced the original radio with the Porsche Classic Navigation Radio. See my thread on the install: click
Door pockets reinforced with gmorat’s custom parts.

I've added a thorough list of maintenance and service with pricing to the original listing. Amazing how fast the little things add up! It's in winter storage now, but is accessible to show to interested buyers. Happy Thanksgiving!
