I am the original owner of this car. The car front bumper, hood, front fenders, A-pillars, roof front, rockers are covered with 3M film, applied when the car had 25 miles.
The windshield is covered with plastic tear off film to prevent windshield rash.

I bought the car for track use, and it has about 9,000 miles of track use, the balance of 3,500 miles being street driving. The car has been meticulously maintained (engine oil and filter and transmission oil changed every 4 track days, brake fluid/clutch circuit fluid replaced 2x per year, running parts replaced on Cup car time out basis.
Engine has 0 over revs.

I removed the PCCB brakes after the first several track events, and they are packed away in my basement. The car now has Brembo Type 3 rotors with PFC-08 pads (rotors and pads new in last 300 miles).

The usual track mods have been made:
GMG RSR roll bar
Shroth harnesses (new April 2016)
Replaced catalytic convertors (passenger side cat throwing P0430 code) with new, not refurb cats @ 11,793 mi (cats are wear items if you track your GT3)
Replaced drive shafts @ 10,766 mi
Installed Tilton 3 disc carbon-carbon clutch and pedal stop @10,766 mi (previously installed single mass OEM RS flywheel and RS 4.0 clutch @4,505 mi which I still have)
Guard 40/60 LSD internals installed
Cup car stuff: 2010 997 rear muffler & link pipes, 996 shift cables, 997 front lower control arm monoballs
Numeric Racing shifter assembly
Semisolid engine mounts and Torque Solutions 75A durometer transmission mount
5-bolt OEM wheel hubs with Apex studs/nuts and new wheel bearings installed @5,699 miles
Two sets Fikse 9x19 and 9x12 Profil 10 3-piece wheels (have OEM centerlock wheels with Corsa tires)
Michelin Cup 2 245.35.19 and 315.30.19 tires, 0 miles
Hoosier R7 235.35.19 (14 heat cycle) and R6 315.30.19 (24 HC)
Disabled TPM system
Engine coolant fittings pinned
Sharkwerks stainless coolant pipes in place of OEM plastic pipes on engine oil cooler
Replaced all engine coolant hoses and water pump @ 4,505 mi, then replaced all engine and transmission coolant hoses @ 10,766 mi
Tarret and Rennline heim joint sway bar drop links
Elephant Engineering rear toe links and lock plates
Brey-Krause anti-sub strap mounts passenger and drivers seats
Rennline track mats
Odyssey 925 AGM battery with Rennline mount (battery installed @8,446 mi)

I will sell the car as set up (and include all of the OEM parts that I removed), or convert it back to the original as purchased condition (in which case I keep the aftermarket parts that I will remove), at the Buyers option.

Reason for sale: I have a new car coming from Porsche Motorsport NA
