No, I am the third owner. The car started it's life in CA at Porsche of Monterey in December 2011. The original owner traded it in at Porsche of Monterey on a 991.1 in late 2013. The Porsche dealership here in Houston, Texas did a dealer trade and it came to Texas in August 2014. The dealership here in Houston completed the CPO work and offered it for sale and a surgeon here bought it in October 2014. He didn't have it long and he had an offer to go to India to practice there and he offered the car for sale here in the local PCA region and I bought it from him in June 2015 and have had it since then.... I know it's a bit of a long explanation, but since I knew the history I thought I'd share.

I'd pay a premium to have that much detail on the history of any car I'm considering buying. You don't find that very often. Great ride and GLWS!

2 questions for you
1. are the seats factory painted? I don't ever recall the bases also getting painted, it looks awesome
2. I think I see a leather dash, why are you not advertising that?

@66Mustang, thank you for the message and kind words.
1. The seats are factory painted, I added the build sheet from Porsche. $108,505 build price.
2. You're right, the dash is full leather with a beautiful stich throughout. I forgot that a lot of 911's aren't full leather like this one. I figured the color, seats, seat belts, and CPO was enough to find someone wanting an incredible 997.2.
