My wife and I are starting our own business, and sadly we need to sell my dream car. I meant it to be a long-term investment to be enjoyed along the way, but things change.

I can tell you, there is only one thing wrong with this car, and it’s the temperature control switches. The paint has worn down, and doesn’t match the otherwise pristine interior. But that is it. This is an absolutely perfect example of the 997 Turbo. Slate gray with black full leather and adaptive sport seats. It also has sport chrono, LSD, PSS10 suspension The factory short shifter is flawless, and the fabspeed exhaust is, in my opinion, the best thing you could do to a stock turbo. It has just under 37,000 miles and is located in Dayton, OH. Rarely driven in the rain, never in the snow, and has been babied. It has new Bridgestone Potenza’s with less than 2,000 miles on them, and just had a service.

Price is $72,500

Bump, I'm open to reasonable offers.

Please let me know if you have questions or would like to see pictures of anything specific.

Buy with confidence. This is my old car, it is one of the best I've ever had.

Someone will get a gem.

Was Slate Gray an standard color or PTS? All 997.1's I see in grey are Meteor Gray.

Slate was not a standard color, it was around a $2500 option, not many were painted this color hence why you see lots of meteor grey's

Would seem odd for seller to do PPI - typically something buyer can pay for, if they want.

I have seen other sellers do a DME. That is more of what I am interested in. Should have been more specific

I've seen sellers post the results from PPIs paid for by prospective buyers who dropped out or are still mulling it over.
