I am the first and only owner; non-smoker. The car has never been tracked, abused, damaged. Never an accident, zero re-paint, PPI welcome. Oil/filter changed at 5K intervals; by myself and the last two years by Lucent Motorsports in West LA; all receipts/documents, two keys, user guides/manuals available.
New Michelin Super Sports were put on about a year (4,500 miles) ago, together with new front brake pads/sensors. The car runs perfect! It has a few rock chips, small dings as you may expect from a 6+ year old car. But it still looks great!
The reason for sale is the (new to me) 2014 Carrera S I just purchased.
Pictures and the build sheet will be posted on Sunday, Feb 21, 2016.
If interested, please e-mail me at selo@marshall.usc.edu
Best regards,
Selo

Here are a few pictures. The MSRP was $96,360 (not $95,410 reported in my original post) as you can see in the build-sheet.
Have a great Sunday and let me know if you have questions.

william123: there are no mods on the car.
I forgot to add: a car cover (from Suncoast 6 years ago) and the durametric diagnostic tool are included with the purchase.

I have this car, albeit with a 6-speed.
Not from the snow belt, 30k on the clock, one owner, I would give this one a hard look.
If tires/oil and fluids are fresh, $50k is a very fair price for this 997/2 C2S.
GLWTS.

looks like a steal at $50K. Someone jump on this. A clean, low miles .2S under $50K is very hard to find. If it were white i would be all over this car. GLWS

no sports chrono. Everything I have read says that no sports chrono on a manual is not a big deal. On a PDK, yes you want it for sure.
