Thanks mate. It really is an incredible Vehicle. Although we have more 911's than we know what to do with, and this is the one that needs a new home.
I've had a lot of people try and inflate my head about speculative values of the aerokitted 997's, I still think at this price its a bargain for someone who wants a savagely fast race car for the road at a reasonable price point.

For clarification, was the Aerokit a factory option, or was the factory Aerokit installed after the fact?

We were led to believe at the time of purchase it was factory.
But some recent sleuthing revealed that it was installed at the dealership upon delivery.
The first owner was a porsche salesman so it spent all its life being taken care of there until we purchased it three years ago, since then I've done all the maintainence (I own my own porsche shop here in houston)
It is in fact though a proper porsche oem kit, properly matched and installed. These front bumpers are next to impossible to find now, so I'm just so happy that it's the proper porsche part and not a reproduction.

Same Mileage, its being stored inside a car storage facility in downtown Houston near my shop until it sells.
as far as I understand it we are the second owner, the first owner was a salesman at the dealership, we bought it from him and have had it ever since.
I've done all the maintenance as needed, it got a major service not too long ago, along with water pump, shift cables, battery cable update etc. All the things the 997's are known to have issues with have been addressed.
I actually own and run my own specialist Porsche shop here in Houston ( www.modernaircooled.com )
So we kept it all maintained and serviced in house.
Feel free to give me a call on (713) 412-4523 if you have any further questions.
Thanks, Jordan
