So here is the deal. The car is sitting in the mid-6,000 mile range. There are a few rock chips from the Smokies event, but there are no dents, scratches, or other imperfections. The wheels also have normal chipping that all 991 GT3s seem to get due to the design of the wheels.
If you have twenty of so hours, you can learn everything you'd ever want to know about this car by reading my journal. If not, feel free to ask me.

My intention is to sell it at MSRP completely stock.
I get that aftermarket parts don't add any value and will be selling them separately. The only modifications I have done are the following:
Stereo - I intentionally designed this to be modular. I didn't cut or modify anything, so the factory system goes right back in the car as if nothing was changed. I'm about $8,500 into the system. I'm sure I could be convinced to leave it in the car if you want. The system is very simple, but sounds pretty incredible. Unless you're a diehard weight reduction guy, I'd highly recommend we discuss you keeping it. It does add about 30 lbs. in total weight.

GMG Cage - The cage bolts to all factory locations and required no modification except for cutting the carpet in two places. I have already ordered a replacement rear engine shelf cover/carpet should I remove the cage. It is powdercoated silver to match the stitching and seat-belts in the car. The cost on this was just shy of $3,000.
GMG Center Bypass Exhaust - After all of my extensive research, I've settled on the factory side mufflers with the GMG center bypass. This is the black ceramic coated version at cost of about $2350.
Hardwired Escort Passport Max with Blendmount - This is a simple wire run down to the fuse both rather than having to plug into an outlet.
I'm certainly open to discuss leaving the car as is if that's what you want. Just shoot me an email: matt.moreman@gmail.com

Pristine!
And I thought your present garage was **** -- can't wait to see the new one. Hopefully it doesn't stay GT3-less for too long.

The garage is going to be amazing! I am adding on to the right side to make it symmetrical and putting walls/doors/AC/compressed air, etc.

I have enjoyed your posts so hopefully you will be back soon in a P car.
Not to get into your finances but isn't selling your home more important than the car when purchasing another home?
You will miss the car. I have had sports cars a looong time and when one leaves the garage even if for just a few months till replaced I feel a huge void, its an addiction!
Anyhow best of luck and hope your dream home is amazing.
