I bought this from another Rennlister a little less than a year ago. It’s track prepped but street legal in Virginia. This car has been rock solid for me and is in amazing condition. I am the 4th owner and the owner prior to me bought it from the previous owner out in California with 18,000 miles back in 2008. The previous owner had this car has been serviced every 3000 miles by KMW Motorsports in Boca Raton, FL. Since I purchased the car, I have tracked it 4 weekends and driven it on the street a bit.
The following mods have been made to the car.

Interior
1. Factory Porsche GT3 racing seats in black cloth (Recaro)
2. TC Design Fabricated Roll Bar
3. Schroth 6 point harness (Blue)
4. Billet fire extinguisher below passenger seat
5. Porsche 997 shift console upgrade
6. Cup shift cables

Chassis
1. JRZ RS Pro shocks with quick release fittings and Eiback Springs
2. Cargraphic 996 GT3 Sport mufflers
3. Fabspeed catalytic converter bypass
4. GT3RS Lightweight flywheel
5. Stainless steel brakelines
6. Welded coolant fittings
7. SRF Racing Brake Fluid
8. Brand new GT3RS clutch with about 500 miles
9. Performance Friction front 2-piece floating rotors. I have a brand new front pair I have not yet installed
10. PFC08 brake pads (front and rear) 20% used on the car and another set of pads that have never been used
11. All rear suspension links are spherical rod ends

Exterior

Car comes with an extra set of Fikse track wheels (3 piece) and a set of CCW C10 1 piece wheels. The original OEM wheels come with Hankook Ventus V12 with about 80% life remaining.

I have paperwork in hand for most of the big modifications but unfortunately I do not have any of the stock items left over for the car (seats, exhaust, suspension, catalytic converters, rear wing, etc). The previous owner saidin his old ad, "I visited the tire wall on turn 1 at VIR and sustained a cracked rear wing. With that I replaced the rear decklid with wing and rear bumper. Thankfully the damage was only cosmetic as only the rear of the car made contact. I’d be happy to go into more details with whoever is interested."
There are also stone chips on the front bumper and mild road rash on the street OEM wheels.

I have enjoyed the car this past year and have had no issues with it other than a leaky rear shock that I have had rebuilt. The car is a blast to drive and I am sure I am going to regret selling it. The pics are from when I bought it from jgorscak.
