Why hasn't this car sold? Great price and low mileage and well kept. I've been watching it for some time now. If I had some extra cash it looks to be a nice example. GLWS!

Yea. Go figure. It will sell when the right minded sole finds it. It is a really sweet ride. The lightweight makes it nimble and fast. I have it in storage, with a few of my cars, currently but will be bringing it in soon. I expect it to sell before Christmas... ;D

Garage space becoming critical. Price adjusted to stimulate a quick sale. Several of you were very close on this great 911S... Time to make a deal. $28,000..
Thx

I am interested in car. What did you do to address cylinder head bolts and exhaust valve guides? Do you have the repair records for these two items? Describe the clutch. Rubber or steel design? The 77 also offered a "comfort" option with Bilstein shocks. Does this car have that option? Direct me to the VIN, engine and trans ID numbers, color and option code plates. I will want to review the maint records. Did you replace the bungie cord with the proper engine bracket? Show photo. Why doesn't odometer work or repaired? Include your current offering price in any message. I can be reached at mrichards@appvion.com. Thanks. Mark

The Carreras and the S models came with slightly wider flares than the base 911's.

This little '77 has had her tires kicked so many times on this fine thread I may have to have her aligned again!! ;D This car needs a good home with someone who appreciates her vintage sports car roots...

The S had narrow arches (same as 1969 - 73 911s). The Carrera 2.7s and 3.0s had slightly wider arches, common all the way through SCs and 3.2s to the end of 964 production

That's correct. The '77 911S and Carrera that year were slightly more flared than the standard narrow body 911. Thank you..

I think you misunderstand, the 77s should the narrow fenders. Only the carrera had the SC flares like your car has, hence the confusion.

It's either a misbadged carrera (in which case you aren't asking nearly enough!) or the fenders were added at some point...either way a very nice car. You might get more attention if you could figure out what the story is.

GLWS😊

The rear arch profile needs to be confirmed, and are those really 8 x 16s under there?
