Beautiful car!

Beautiful car! Would you be able to take a headroom measurement? Do you know how the existing headroom compares with, say, a stock 997? Are the seat cushions removable?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Sure, I'll take some measurements shortly and post them up. The seat is mounted very low though, and I would guess there is easily a few more inches of headroom than stock.
How tall are you?
Which cushions are you referring to? The front reclinable Sparco's do not have cushions.
I attached a quick photo I put together of the seat height comparison to stock, with a red line showing the height difference...its pretty substantial.

6'2" but with a 30" inseam. I've never sat in a 944 so I don't have a point of comparison there but my hair brushes the ceiling of a stock 997 Carrera. Definitely can't sit comfortably with a helmet on. Thanks for the quick response!
My buddy did an HPDE in a 944 with buckets where the bottom cushion velcro-ed out. Guess these are different. I'll tell him he's an idiot.

Ha, he's not an idiot - non-reclinable buckets usually do have cushions to customize fit and make the seat more comfortable since they are steel or composite shells. These are more street friendly.

Is it still for sale
I am interested in your car. Modified a little bit too far for me, but could you answer some questions for me.
Can the NOS be removed without having to replace any of the intake parts?
What is the displacement of the motor now?
Where is the car located?
I may more questions, but these are all for now.
Send me a PM or a phone number to talk.
Thank you for your help. Bob

Ran the car last night and took it for a spin around the block to warm it up - this thing is wicked fast! Someone needs to make a good offer and give it a good home where it can be driven!
