This car is a full track / club race / HPDE car that was recently crashed at Watkins Glen. It has been a safe, reliable, and quick track car for many years but has seen only an average of 1-2 track events per year since it was converted in the 1990's. The mileage value is not accurate, as the speedometer has been disabled. The engine makes nice power and has a great note, and the brakes have never shown a hint of fade. It went through a thorough rebuild in 2009 and has only been driven two weekends since then. Impact was moderate into a tire wall on the left side, and the driver walked away with no injuries. It is repairable in an economically viable way but I am deciding to sell the car as a salvage and cash out for a while. The car has been thoroughly inspected by a reputable body shop, and the areas of damage are described below. Specifications:

Interior:
Complete roll cage
OMP racing seats, L and R
6-point harnesses, L and R (not included)
Most of interior removed for weight savings, including AC, stereo, rear seats, carpets
Interior refinished with plastic and aluminum trim
MOMO steering wheel and shift ****
Lightweight door interior paneling
Sunroof functions

Powertrain:
3.2L engine rebuilt in 2009 with approx. 15 hours since
Mahle high-compression pistons
Web Cams (.458/258 degrees intake, .452/226 degrees exhaust)
CMW springs and titanium retainers
K&N Air Filter
Race headers
G50 transmission, 5-speed manual
ATL 17-gallon fuel cell mounted in front trunk, with level sender, bladder replaced in 2009
Approx. 220-230 rwhp @ 6500 RPM

Chassis:
Torsion bar springs, F and R
Sway bars, F and R
Large cross-drilled brake rotors, F and R
ALCON calipers
Pagid pads
Porsche wheels, 16x7 F and 16x8 R
Hoosier R6 205/45ZR-16 F and 245/45ZR-16 R

Damage:
Front bumper
Left front fender
Left tie rod and control arm
Driver's side door
Left rocker panel
Left quarter panel (rear fender)
Left rear tail lamp
Rear bumper
Left rear control arm, torsion bar, hub

The car is currently in Philadelphia, PA. Buyer responsible for transportation. Asking $14,500. I am also open to selling the engine and/or transmission separately. Please contact me at chris.davin@gmail.com.

Thanks!

Default still have the Car?

I know you posted this last year, I was wondering if you still have the parts. We live outside PHL too. You can call me on my cell if you want 610-999-0670. Bob West.
