This has always been a third car for us, only driven on nice weekends, always garaged, and rarely driven in the rain. The new tires only have 2,000 miles on them.
About 4 months ago the car suffered an internal failure in the engine. Porsche North America provided the new engine and I paid the dealer to install it. The new upgraded engine from Porsche came in at a little over $20k (covered by Porsche) and the installation was around $4,500. We had the clutch replaced because it made sense to do so when the engine was out. New clutch and throwout bearing (aprox $1,000). The car drives like new!
The car has a nice throaty exhaust sound with the Sport Exhaust. The full leather interior has always been conditioned (I'll throw in a bottle of treatment). The top is in great condition and has been protected with RaggTop sealant twice a year. Paint is also in great shape, I've always used Menzerna and BlackFire products.
I am the second owner of the car and have the title in hand.
If you'd like any specific pic's please let me know and I will be happy to send them.

Sorry for the delay, photo of the thicker steering wheel attached. It was a factory option. Something that I wouldn't have sought out when I was looking for a car, but I definitely like it!

Listed the car on Autotrader.com (http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...ngId=349772499) for $32,500. Price for Rennlist member is $31,500. I'm also including the invoice for the work done by the Porsche dealer on the engine/clutch below.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Hope everyone has a nice holiday weekend.

Thought I would give this thread a bump for the weekend in hopes it catches the eye of someone looking for a nice 996 Cab. Lowered the price on Autotrader to $31,500. I would like to get $30,500 if you or someone you know is interested.
Have a great weekend!
