Most of the maintenance receipts since day 1. All of the normal 996 things have been addressed recently (coolant expansion tank, rear main seal, etc.), including the IMS bearing, which was swapped out for an LNE ceramic hybrid bearing in October when I did the clutch (full clutch kit including new flywheel). Never raced/tracked (I had hoped to, but lack of free time kept getting in the way of that...).
New brake rotors/pads, cam chain tensioners, starter, battery and fluids flushed (tranny, brake fluid) about 10k miles ago. New waterpump and low-temp thermostat last May (6k miles ago), along with a complete coolant flush. New steering tie rods and an alignment about 500 miles ago.
Modifications:
ˇ AWD removed and converted to RWD (done the right way, all original parts included with car or can be converted back at buyers request)
ˇ JIC motorsport coil overs with pillowball upper mounts, camber adjustment and adjustable spherical sway bar links
ˇ Turbo front lip
ˇ Fabspeed exhaust
ˇ B&M short shifter with EVOMS billet linkage
ˇ Pioneer AVIC deck with navigation/Bluetooth/iPod integration tied into the factory Bose amp/speakers
ˇ 997 shift ****
ˇ Agency Power roll cage
ˇ Rear strut tower bar
ˇ Low-temp thermostat
ˇ Smaller clutch pedal assist spring (for better clutch feel)
Overall condition is very good. No dings, scratches or the like (biggest paint flaw is a chip on the edge of the driver's door, not too bad though). A handful of rock chips on the front bumper, but nothing out of the ordinary. The car needs nothing. I have most of the stock parts (rear seat, shift box, stereo, etc.) and they will come with the car.
$31k with the factory Turbo Twist wheels (forged wheels shown are no longer on car, will update with new pictures shortly)
Thanks for looking.

Is this your car in this video:
Your car is the reason why I sold my E46 M3 and bought a silver 4s hehe...beautiful ride. Let me know if you want to sell the Rotoforms seperate. I am interested. Good luck with the sale

Yes, I'm the same "Capt. Obvious" that's on Audizine.
Why the RWD conversion? A few reasons:
1) It's a 911, it should be RWD
2) It's not a particularly useful AWD system, it really doesn't do much
3) 80 pounds off the car is 80 pounds off the car
4) It's an impressively simple AWD system that literally just unbolts from the bottom of the car and can be reinstalled in only a couple hours
5) If they made a C2S, I would have bought one of those instead
Again, if the buyer of the car would prefer the car to be AWD again, I will happily reinstall it. It was in perfect working order when removed (it even has a brand new guibo bushing and fresh axle boots).
