Never abused or “dogged”
Ridiculously fast – at the appropriate boost will embarrass/surprise 996 Twin Turbos
Tight and sporty ride/suspension, but not fatiguing

No “old car smell”

The good/great:

• Water pump (new, not refurbished)
• Throttle position switch (TPS)
• Cap and rotor
• All vacuum lines (Lindsey Racing blue silicone)
• Venturi delete (Lindsey Racing blue silicone)
• Cycling valve deleted (See Vitesse Section Below*)
• Fuel lines upgraded (Lindsey Racing Kit)
• Oil pan and gasket
• Oil pan baffle
• Oil Pump pick-up tube
• Struts
• Koni shocks

• Transmission mounts
• Battery and cables (solid grounds)
• New switches/buttons – door locks, speaker fader, cigarette lighter (non-smoker),
• Cam housing gasket
• New DME relay
• Fuel Filter
• Bosch fuel pressure regulator (3.0)
• All DME and KLR solder joints reflowed
• Fan Relay solder joints reflowed
• Coolant flush and continued RedLine Water Wetter additive
• RedLine MT-90 75W90 manual transmission oil (smooth shifts - excellent condition)
• Goodyear wipers
• Oil recently changed 2/8/2013 (RedLine 20w50 Full Synthetic, loves VR-1 20w50 as well)
• New hoses
• New weatherstripping around the car

New Parts (general upgrades/performance-related)

• Custom 3” exhaust
• TiAL 38mm dual port wastegate
• NGK spark plugs

• New steering rack and power steering pump
• Sachs clutch replaced 12/11 – less than 10k miles on it – NOT abused
• Copper reusable header gaskets (Lindsey Racing)
• Innovate WideBand O2 sensor/gauge (installed just weeks ago…)
• Dynomat-lined doors
• Infinity Reference speakers in front (4x6) and rear (plate)
• Pioneer DEH-5200HD with USB, HD tuner, and iPod/iPhone control

*New parts – Vitesse Racing – All current release products with latest firmware
Vitesse Racing Stage 3 Kit (This kit with injectors is worth over $4,500…)

• Vitesse Multi-image Chip (selectable images)
• Vitesse MAF
• Vitesse PiggyBack Tuner
• Vitesse Stage 3 Turbo
• Vitesse Boost Solenoid (fully adjustable via Vitesse Tuning Software)
• Vitesse Diplay Unit (LED unit capable of displaying a host of engine/or Vitesse-related information - can also be used in a HUD orientation)

The Bad (normal for 944s)

• Wiper fluid reservoir needs to be flushed out
• Stitch missing on the driver side seat (see picture)
• Alarm system does not work, but is safely bypassed
• Though the leather is in excellent shape, the shifter boot clasps/latches will, on very rare occasion, pop up in cold weather in the shift from 1st to 2nd (it snaps right back down with ease)
• Very minor chips in paint (near nose). Otherwise, the paint/body looks amazing. People often mistake this car for a 90s model.

Extra parts I’m throwing in:

• Roll cage (plus all hardware)
• Brake pads
• Camera mount (for roll cage)
• Full Ansa 2.5” OEM-style Exhaust (if you don’t like the 3”)
• NEW Replacement dash
• Lindsey Boost Enhancer
• Manual Boost Controller (Lindsey Racing)
• Original air box
• Guru Racing chips (for original AFM and injectors)
• Original k26/6 turbo (great condition)
• Original Bosch injectors
• Bosch AFM.

I will also include:

• All service records
• A set of racing tires (never used)
• Vitesse software and documentation
• Haynes manual
• Shop manuals (PDFs)

She has been lovingly cared for, always garaged, properly maintained, and comes with full service records. In calculating the receipts I estimate that this car has seen well over $40,000 invested in it (primarily in upgrades/modifications).

I challenge anyone to find a better equipped Porsche 944 Turbo with a new clutch, belts, turbo, sensors, et al, and this amount of extras for a better price. I also highly doubt you will find anyone willing to provide original equipment parts to afford the possibility of returning to a stock system.

If you want a head-turning Porsche 944 Turbo with gobs of extras... this is the one. No tricks. No gimmicks.

Serious inquiries only. Feel free to PM (Private Message) me and we can chat via phone, text, or whatever method you prefer.

Pictures! I've included pictures of a non-detailed engine bay, washed car, and the interior.

NOTE: I removed the belt cover only to show off the new belts, pulleys, and water pump.

Question from Rennlist member: Why are you selling this car?

My answer: In the coming months, my new job/profession will require a lot of commuting (gas compensation only). The last thing I want to do is put 70,000 miles per year on a 951.
