I've had several low offers under $62k and turned them down, so nobody has stopped by to look at the car in a serious manner, thus the explanation as to why it's in my garage and I'm still enjoying it.
I don't have a "need" to sell it, so I'm pretty much looking to get close to what I'm asking.
In five years time, I may consider offers under $62k if I still own it by then and the only thing I see the car needing in that timeframe would be brakes as they are more than likely the original pads/rotors. It is the only thing I have not done since I bought the car in November of 2005 with 35,214 miles on the odometer.
