You're right. If this car pushes all the right buttons then questions like this are unnecessary. But asking the right questions just helps in the valuation of the car and how important a DME report might be. No ppf and numerous track days is probably a deal breaker for me as I plan on keeping a car like this for many years.
It would help if the seller had some sort of narrative though even if the car does most of the talking for itself.

Bump for the seller...
This is a great price.. and the convenience of the 18 way seats and steel brakes.. even better!
Low mileage.. what's not to like?
I own a triple black GT3.. and the LWBuckets are great if all you're gonna do is trailer and track.. terrible DD though.
GLWS!

I thought I stoped this thread /post. I had started pricing the car at 169 then lowered it to 164 and then 159 for a quick sale. I got some nice offers for car swaps and cash ( thanks) but not interested. My wife wants a new Targa and I want a spec Porsche for the track or at least that was / is the plan. I got some low ball offers at 145 then 149 , just not going for 40+ below MSRP. Dealers and flippers soured me on trying to sell this privately . Ill drive another year or so and plan on just trading it in for the Targa. Thanks for all the positive post and interest.
