Awesome car. You sure the BMW free maintenance transfers over when you transfer the lease? A friend of mine took over someone’s F80 M3 lease and BMW said the free maintenance is only for the original leasee and does not transfer.

“NON-TRANSFERABILITY
These maintenance programs are available to the exclusive benefit of the initial purchaser, owner, or lessee of a new vehicle, sales demonstrator vehicle, Aftersales Mobility Program vehicle, or BMW Group company vehicle from an authorized BMW center in the United States (including Puerto Rico). Coverage is not transferable to subsequent purchasers, owners, or lessees.”

Gents,
To confirm 100% the maintenance for this car is transferable as is the tire and wheel protection. Car is perfect and ready to go. Ping me with any questions. Thanks.

I would double check unless policy is new - I did this on a 2016 where I assumed the lease and they charged me a $750 fee. Was still worth it, but found out after the fact.

Guys,
No fee to transfer the maintenance on this one. I confirmed with BMW.
I will offer an extra $1,000 incentive to any Rennlister who takes over the lease. Thanks.

They are dead wrong or who ever you spoke with is misinformed......(Source BMWNA - Last Paragraph)

However, your wheel and tire coverage will transfer to the new as you purchased that separately.

TTG, Thanks for your note. I appreciate that you can quote the policy but this is a unique situation.
The maintenance in this lease will transfer to the new owner at no cost. Contact me with any questions.
