It's a good marketing technique I guess.
Store sells the car to a client at MSRP.
Client sells the car back to the store at MSRP.
Store then can sell the same car at $40K+ over MSRP and still (and honestly) claim that they are an MSRP store on all new vehicles.
Simple as that. As much as i dislike the ADM's, the store is still an MSRP store on all new vehicles.
Makes perfect sense to me.
From the little I know of Brett, he seems like a pretty stand up guy. Answered my emails within minutes of sending them, and he was totally honest with everything he said to me.
Hoping for the best on the Lizard Green 3RS with him.
No popcorn necessary.....

ADM's are for the birds. I think the frustration stems from folks loosing allocations to people who have no intention of keeping the car. Dealers know that car is coming back and they are going to mark it up, period. They may sell GT2's at sticker, but only because it fits their strategy, the long game.
If no one would pay a penny more than MSRP, this wouldn't be a problem.
