I just thought *maybe* we could work it through a dealer, you end up with your money, they get my car and some extra cash and I get your car. Kind of a pain, I know. Best of luck with the sale although I suspect you won't need it!

Yeah, I can't drive any of my Porsches to the office. Sometimes the 964, but I even get anxious when my wife rolls up in her Macan GTS. The Raptor fits for a roofing guy.

Actually not a bad idea if a local dealer would be willing to facilitate

I would not hold my breath. My bottom line is simply keeping the car or trading in for the next fun toy.

Completely unrelated question: when I look at 911 OEM front spoilers and splitters (say, the Aerokit cup front end), the website specifically says "Porsche does not recommend adding this item without pairing it with a rear wing (or additional downforce in the rear)". Yet, the touring has a very aggressive front end, and the regular 911 rear: no wing or ducktail is present.

Is this just marketing BS to get people to pony up for the entire Aerokit instead of just paying for the bumper? I mean, the GT3 likely can achieve a great top speed than a Carrera, so why wouldn't it need the same downforce as the Carrera is recommended to use?

The touring does have the Gurney Flap on the rear and a 911R type rear diffuser as well.

OP, are the wheels still for sale separately? They look gloss black in the pics, was that an aftermarket finish? I thought bbs only offered matte black magnesium.
