I never looked into the DME readings for the black cars, I just had no interest in them since I wanted white. I was just pointing out an observation as to market pricing based on colors / options can vary drastically with the 997.2 GT3's more so than other 911's.

I saw a couple that were very clean: just the wrong color. GT3 pricing is fairly weak right now. A stripper 40k mile 997.2 can be had in the 80's (I think Merit Partners posted one that was in the high 80's last summer; super clean, just a higher mile car).
