As most of you know, 2009 was the last year of the celebrated Mezger engine and one of the final years that a manual transmission was available for the 911 Turbo. This model year combined the 997.1-gen Mezger engine with 997.2-gen PCM 3.0 module, a welcomed upgrade. It's also not prone to the coolant line issues suffered by the 2007-2008 model year Turbo's. 2009's are hard to find, with limited production numbers due to the financial crisis at the time. Guards Red on Black interior is particularly uncommon - for example, I spent 2+ years looking for this car and haven't seen an '09 GR/BLK available for sale since I purchased the car 4 years ago. I believe it to be 1 of approximately 6 MT coupes in this color combo imported to the U.S in 2009.
Specs:
The car is essentially stock plus a few upgrades. No power mods.
· Black interior with deviated stitching in platinum gray
· Sport adaptive seats
· Sunroof
· Bose, with Bluetooth and Sirius radio
· Sport Chrono
· Painted side skirts, front lower lip, headlight cleaner
· Upgraded to 20" HRE P40 wheels in clear, brushed finished. Almost $9,000 new. Mint, and ceramic coated.
· Tires are near new MPSS
· Lowered 20mm on Eibach springs (modest lowering for appearance)
· Xpel paint protection film on entire front, A frame, mirrors, hips
· Professionally detailed with full paint correction
· Indoor car cover included
Maintenance
Maintenance is all current. The car needs nothing. Dealer serviced and professional detailing provided by Oakes Detail, the best in the region.
Recent maintenance highlights:
· Oil, brake flush, air filter - 24,400 miles (April 2018)
· Detail, including paint correction - 24,300 (April 2018)
· Tires, alignment, balance, oil - 23,700 miles (Mar 2017)
· Coils, plugs, water pump, battery, 23,400 miles (July 2016)
· Oil, air filter, and brake flush, 22,900 miles (March 2015)
· Detail, including paint correction, Xpel, and ceramic coating on wheels, 22,000 miles (June 2015)
Condition
The car is mint. It was a California car before I purchased it 4 years ago. It's had a pampered life: no track time, no accidents, no paint work, no stories. The car lives in a heated garage at both home and work. I don't own winter tires and this car never touches asphalt between early December and late March, so it's had zero salt or brine exposure, and car probably thinks it's still in California. Long-time PCA member and Porsche enthusiast owned.
Why Selling
Reason for selling? At long last, I have a 991.2 GT3 incoming, and I have a number of toys and don’t log the miles I should due to business travel and family obligations. These cars are made to be driven, but life has other demands and only so much drive time.
Sale Logistics
Sale will be facilitated by Porsche of Conshohocken at no cost to buyer. I have clear title in hand. Dealer will convey title at time of sale and can provide financing and/or arrange shipping at buyer's expense. To be sure, sale timing is not dependent upon my GT3 purchase timing - i.e. can be purchased now, despite my delivery date being February 2019.

WOW!
Truly incredible example of a 997.1 TT.
I would be all over this if I didn't have the same car in GT Silver Metallic.
This is going to make someone VERY happy.
The wheels really set the car off IMO...
I attached the build sheet if anyone is interested.
(This won't last long at this price)
GLWS (but I don't think you will need it)

Your car is absolutely perfect. I remember seeing pics of your car back when I was looking for my 997.2 C2S and thinking how the build is ideal. I have also seen many people that have posted they wanted to buy your car over they years, so this should sell quick. Best of luck with the sale.

Back from PPI this morning (arranged proactively by me) -- spot clean, clean over-revs. It did need a new battery, which I took care of. PPI available to interested parties.

For those asking about buying the HRE's, I'm not planning to remove the wheels and sell separately. They make the car and, IMO, belong with it. Wait until you see the set going on the GT3...!
For those asking about the OEM wheels, I no longer own them, but you're welcomed to downgrade to OEM's if you'd like, sell the HRE's, and put a few grand in your pocket (perhaps sell them to the group referenced above!)
