@jms935 - Touring was released late in the GT3 production build (life cycle), timing to order/receive Touring(s) was limited, and they will not build anymore Touring cars in 2019 = more exclusive.
A couple of other reasons; a) who knows if it will be the last naturally aspirated GT car, b) this car is a stealth beast (I own a winged version) and not everyone wants a wing and most people will not have a clue about the performance, c) it is a better 911R for less money..

Allocations are there. 20-30k adm is what I’ve seen.

I've been looking, plenty have come across my path (more than I was expecting honestly). However, there are still some crazy ADM's being thrown around, and I dont want to/cant afford that part of the arms race. Best of luck

After I found that car I was offered 5
Others. All at $20-30k over. One broker called me and offered to trade me a RS allocation for my car. Or pay me $30 over. His had brokered more than one at that price.
It's seems there are very few out there for sale.
Good luck finding one under $20k ADM.
