Always garaged during my ownership and maintained by Porsche Exchange of Highland Park. Just did minor service with oil change and cabin air filter last week, and their inspection didn't identify any issues needing attention, tire tread is good, etc. Last year they did major service including spark plugs and brake fluid flush. I have all maintenance records since I've owned it and most from the previous owners. Mechanically the car runs great: engine is strong, clutch & shifter work smoothly, and excellent braking & pedal feel.
Carfax lists one accident report: "Accident reported with another motor vehicle Vehicle hit while parked Minor damage reported." Previous owner said it was hit in a parking lot and he had the rear bumper touched up. Otherwise no issues on the Carfax. Paint and body condition is good overall with no major scratches or dents, and no rust. Interior is clean and all electronics work perfectly.
Never had any problems with it. No track use, racing or abuse. I have another daily driver so I mostly took the 911 out for Sunday drives in the suburbs when weather was nice.
Selling because I don't drive it enough. It's too powerful for the local roads and I have more of a momentum-style car on the way for weekend drives, so I need to free up space.
