If you reflash back to stock, yes since it passes the obdII scan.

This goes dealer by dealer from what I understand. Option B is to return the headers to stock and remove the flash and you'll be fine. My current dealer has no issues with it, yours may. All stock parts are included - I am also willing to have everything removed if the buyer wishes to have the car in stock form - however you really should experience this thing as it is. It is significantly - and much, much more exciting than what is already an immensely great car. It will take a 991 GT3 in a straight line pull all day and have the fun factor to boot. I could talk about this car for days on end, and I will stop myself because I already am having a hard time parting ways with it.
Thanks for looking! Saw your post in the 987 forum on whether or not the top would bother you. The car is good enough to where it won't. Life is short - don't settle for less :)

Beautiful car.
I was able to drive one of these at PEC Atlanta a couple of years ago and I don't think I could ever get tired of the rev-matched 3-2 downshift or the burbles on the overrun. This car is intoxicating.
Anyone want to buy my GT350 so that I can get this? :D
