Listing says 38,800 miles on odometer which appears to be incorrect. I suspect you mean 38,800 kilometers which is approx. 64,400 miles.

DME report was done in late November same week it went to storage. Computer read 62314 km / 38720 miles then and may have added 200 kms driving to storage. 1 km is ~.62 miles.

It was stored every winter by early December, before the roads are salted. It was always cleaned before it was put away. It comes back out in April. There may be some salt left on the road then but the April rain cleans them up. It wasn't driven in winter conditions with salt on the road.
