According to OFX.com, where I have done currency exchanges in the past, today's rate for CAD $109k is about USD $82.2k. US buyers will have import duties/fees of about 3%, so this appears to be a great deal.

Does the sale have to go through the dealership? Arizona residents forego the tax payment when buying through a private party. This would be a significant savings. I'm very interested.
