I'm pretty surprised that this has been for sale for so long and not sold already. I just purchased my 2001 Cab a month ago and if I would have seen this, I probably would be driving it today. The maintenance and service on this car is pretty amazing. In fact I'm going to use it as a reference for what I should do with my car. :-)
Quick question, out of all the service shops you've used in your area, which one did you like the most? I live just north of you and need a good, trustworthy indie shop.
Good luck with your sale, I'm sure it'll go soon. Also, I would suggest BAT if you have the stomach for the critics.

Cold start video and highway drive video will be loaded today. LOTS of interest now because the sharks are in the water looking for cheap meal! Which is fine. I'm not holding the car for anyone, it will sell to the best offer by Aug. 4th 12 noon. That's 8 days away, time to schedule that PPI now. Lots of people trying to negotiate over text and email, just call me if you're serious. I have a Craigslist ad in the Philadelphia section that provides my phone number. Why am I putting a deadline of Aug. 4th you ask? Why the rush? Rush? I'VE BEEN TRYING TO SELL THIS THING FOR MONTHS!!! I can't believe it did not sell at $14,000 which I had out there for weeks. How many years should I spend trying to sell this car? I'm done WAITING for a "fair" price. I think it's worth (in today's market) easily $15-16K even with the miles because of all the maintenance and new parts. But no one seems to care what I think and that's okay. It's going to the best offer by 12 noon Aug. 4th. Then I will add a much newer 911 to my line up. Probably a 997.2 S with PDK, white. What's my bottom number? Well, I guess one dollar above what Porsche of the Main Line offered me in cash which is $9,800. Porsche of the Main Line was upfront and honest, they said, "We'll give you $9,800. Sorry, but we wouldn't sell this one on our lot. It's too old and the miles are too high. We would drive it straight to the auction." So there you are, the bottom price is $9,801. So let's call it $10,000 because Porsche of the Main Line will be about 1000x easier to deal with than the general public, ask me how I know!

To clarify my post above, I'm not selling the car for $10k, right now. It's $14,000 buy it now OR best offer on Aug. 4th 12 noon. I will not entertain offers BELOW $10k because the dealer will hand that over with no B.S. to deal with. I can get $9,800 in 15 minutes by driving to Porsche of the Main Line and handing them the keys. If on Aug. 4th I'm standing in my driveway with zero offers and somebody is standing across from me with $10k in cash, then yes, they will get the car for $10K. It will be sold. Someone IS going to get the best deal of 2018 on any 911 in the United States. Last I checked there is only 1 , ONE, 2002 - 2004 coupe for less than $14,000 in the entire United States. It's red and looks beat.
