Still available. A little surprised the car hasn't sold yet. Any constructive on-looker feedback would be much appreciated.

Certainly is not mileage. that's 200 miles per month avg since new. If it cant be driven that then why own a modern day Porsche. Price is fair. I spent a few months looking end of last year before buying your car in Seal Grey. But yours is better optioned. But mine has the IMS fix. If you have not sold it yet (which hopefully you have!) you may want to post a photos or a video of shavings in the oil filter if any. Or if there is a way of grabbing a sample of warm oil and having Blackstone Labs evaluate it, that would really be helpful. FWIW.

Appreciate the feedback and comments. I feel like I am seeing multiple .1's on here with high(er) mileage and not priced THAT much off what I have listed. I also just saw an 06 with 41K miles sell for $29K on BaT with, what I think was, similar specs and condition except it had a ping in the Range 3 over rev and Sea Blue interior (which I think is a negative but that's personal preference). Good thoughts on the oil test/analysis. I may also go the BaT route soon if that seems to get the sale.

I follow BaT and saw that one, yeah. Yellow one on there now I believe. I think it's an '08. My experience is BaT is not particularly friendly in terms of bids on most cars unless it is something really special. And IMHO...7 days is sort of a joke for duration of an ad. But if you did go that route I would maybe do the oil analysis thing as the first question the community will ask is about that. Can't believe you have not sold it yet. Is it on the Porsche sites? I spoke to the owner of Softronics a while back. He claimed the plenum thing really doesn't do much. But obviously his tuning sware has become the standard for these. By the way I just installed the Cargraphic cat-back system (sport not race) and love it. Genuine Porsche sound but $$$.

I've noticed that too when Caymans come up on BaT; there is always one or two people who point to the IMS and try to tear the car down over it for some reason. I'm surprised I still have it as well but that's where it stands and I'm in no rush to sell just to sell.

So, funny story, after I removed the plenum and exhaust (the DME is still flashed, obviously), the first thing I noticed was how much "quicker" the car seemed to feel and definitely noticed the difference going back to the stock. It's the down low torque that it seems to have picked back up while the top end did feel slightly choked. The plenum/TB combo gets you more top end but nothing where I spent most of my time while I have owned the car. Power/sound wise, I think the flash and an exhaust is all this car really needs for a fantastically enjoyable weekend car where you aren't tracking and spending time in the upper range.
