The only modifications made to the car were done by Porsche of the Main Line prior to taking delivery. First was swapping out the amber side markers for clear ones and I still have the amber ones that will come with the car. Second, was having the rear wing vertical uprights black powder coated to match the rest of the black trim on the car. In stock form, they are aluminum color so I had them blacked out for aesthetic purposes (see pics). Third, I had a full race xpel clear wrap put on the car including front bumper cover, front fenders, rockers, mirrors, hood, a-post, part of roof, in front of rear wheels, and impact strip behind rear wheels.
Even though launch control is a feature on this car, I never engaged launch control and never tried it once on this car. I have all original books, window sticker, amber side markers, front license plate frame, both keys (in ultraviolet), and title in hand for a smooth transaction. The car was kept in a garage at all times. Quite simply, I'm selling this car because I don't get to drive it as much as I thought I would. This car is meant for carving canyons and track time, neither of which are going to happen in my garage. I'm working on a 993 outlaw project right now so my attention is not on this magnificent purple beast. I know it will make some r-lister very happy.
I'm asking $229,900 obo. Other than a pretty interesting or special 993, I'm not interested in trades at this time. Should you have a specific question, please don't hesitate to PM or ask in this thread. I'll do my best to respond promptly.
Thanks,
Nick Benz

We do have a transfer tax of 4.25% so while not technically a sales tax, there is still a real transaction cost. However, unlike most states, you have 90 days between buying and selling a car, even private party, to get the sales proceeds to offset your purchase proceeds and only pay the 4.25% on any difference that exists. Still way better than NY though.

Yeah we have that when we trade in a car to buy a new one from a dealer then we get the credit towards the sales tax. We pay the tax on the net difference which makes it worthwhile to take a hit on trading it in but getting a tax break.
Good luck with the sale its my favorite color but the boss lady said no more winged cars for me(destroyed my GT4) on a street not track...
thanks
