Some changes in our family means its time to move on from my 911. This 2012 Carrera S (991) has 44,000 miles and is under CPO warranty until February of 2020. Car is located in Chicago, IL

The car currently has 19" turbo wheels and winter Pirelli tires on the car. I put them on the car back when the temps dropped below 40 degrees. The 20" Carrera S wheels are painted the same color as the exterior as a factory option. They have Pirelli P-Zeros with tread depths of 8/32s on the fronts and 7/32s on the rears. The car has a clear bra on the front bumper, rocker panels, and on the front of the rear fenders.

Notable Equipment Options:
PDCC with PASM
PDK
Sport Chrono package
Sport Design Steering Wheel

When shopping for this car, I wouldn't consider vehicles without the sport steering wheel. The standard steering wheel with the push button gear selector was not an option for me.

Recent maintenance includes:
40K mile service back in April of 2017 (included new spark plugs, air filters, and oil change)
Oil change (Mobil 1) in November
New brake pads installed in November
Complete brake system flush with Motul 600
Installed AWE Tuning Foiler Wind Diffusers (a must if you ever want to have the windows down above 45mph)

Brake rotors thickness measures 33.9mm in front and 27.8mm in back. When new the rotors measure 34mm and 28mm respectively.

I have been using Ammo NYC products on the exterior since acquiring the vehicle. I really like the way Ammo Reflex and Ammo Skin both protects and enhances the look of the Agate paint.

Surprised to not get a single comment. Any feedback from the community? I basically priced this as the cheapest 991s in the country under 45k miles still with a warranty.

Recommend you post some interior photos to help your cause and some exterior shots in better light to show it off.

From one resident to another, maybe the stench of Illinois is keeping them away.

I really like the color. It's a very fair price for Carrera S. I think some more pics including interior, engine, etc would help.

In the title you write warranty till 2018, then in the description you write CPO 2020...which one please?

Car is Sold.

I was unable to change the title of the post, but the warranty was extended from 4/18 to 2/20 by Porsche.

As an FYI, when you are shopping next time, you can swap out the steering wheel for a bit over 1000 bucks. It definitely widens the pool of cars you can choose from. Of all the "options" to look for, the GT wheel and adding PSE are the 2 easiest to do (although the gundo hack/rear muffler delete is far superior to PSE and much cheaper).
