Excellent condition One-owner 2012 991 Carrera S. This car has come to us from the original owner (although Carfax shows two owners, the second is the title transfer when we purchased the car). It has had the 5k service performed and we just installed brand new Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires as the original tires were aged. Carfax does show a damage report but the car has never been involved in an accident - the original owner backed into their garage.

Is there any documentation on the backing-into-the-garage damage to minimize price impact on resale down the road?

I do not have any documentation of such. If it was an actual accident it would show up on Carfax. The car is already being offered at an incredible deal to account for the story.
