Prices are on the down trend. That is a fact.
Simple economics, the supply & demand are not aligned but fools are born every day.

you will not know the price it actually sold at, but you can bet it was less than $20k over sticker. Lots on the market not moving at such a premium, so either some real negotiation happened here, or someone with a lot of cash burning a hole in their pocket fell in love with it.

Yes that I believe and fits with what I have heard on a another recent transaction. Seems MSRP is where these cars are actually moving at now. Wait until they officially announce the .2 RS. That is when it will get interesting for all the remaining .1's out there trying to attract their flipee.
